About Fruce

Fruce serves dessert beverages, blending Japanese flavours with fresh fruits. They have an outlet in a popular mall with plenty of foot traffic.

A veteran in F&B, Roxie wanted to create something new, novel and exciting to consumers. It took some time to build, but Fruce gained popularity with their delicious, fresh flavours.

The Challenge: Building the Fruce Brand

Fruce was in a section of the mall between other dessert and drinks outlets, all competing for the attention of the foot traffic.

As a relatively new brand, Roxie was also looking for something special to help Fruce build brand loyalty.

The CandyBar Effect

Fruce introduced CandyBar at their outlet about 14 months ago. Customer earned a stamp for every drink, and can exchange twenty stamps for a free drink.

Since launch, the CandyBar loyalty app has tracked:

  • 70% are loyal customers with 2 or more visits. 1 in 2 customers have made 4 or more visits.
  • On average, each customer has earned 11 stamps over 6 visits. In fact, 19 Fruce fans have averaged more than 1 visit per week!
  • Customers have earned over 1,000 free Fruce drinks as rewards. One customer has even earned 24 free drinks by themselves!

Customers love claiming loyalty rewards, cashiers love how easy it is to use, and Roxie is delighted with to build better brand loyalty with CandyBar.
